What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where the face is fully visible and in focus works best. Avoid blurry, dark or heavily filtered images. Our system tells you right away if a photo is too low-resolution.
How long does delivery take?
Production takes 2–3 business days, then 7–12 days tracked delivery within the US. During the holiday season, order by December 10 for guaranteed Christmas delivery.
Can I change my design after ordering?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering at support@LWHSHOPPING.com and we will update your design before it goes to print — free of charge.
What if I don't like the result?
